With over 10 years in property negotiation and acquisition, Erhan has seen first-hand how poor information and weak negotiation cost buyers tens of thousands of dollars. He founded NewPF to put that expertise to work for buyers directly — sourcing the right property, negotiating hard on price and terms, and coordinating a trusted network of inspection and conveyancing professionals to protect every purchase from contract to settlement.
